Footage Specs

Most all of FilmDisc content was shot on 35mm film and then transferred on a telecine from film to video. Each FilmDisc title is 20 shot collection that comes on a DVD-ROM. Don't be mistaken this a computer file DVD not a m-peg encoded DVD that will play on a consumer DVD player.

SD All of the files on the DVD-ROM's come in a quick time uncompressed j-peg file that you can load into almost any non-linear editing system. This way we can keep the quality as close to the original format as possible.

HD Due to the size of these files each title comes on 3-4 DVD-ROM's in the same uncompressed j-peg files as SD.
